Tá na rudaí seo an-chabhrach ag deireadh an lae agus ar maidin nó b'fhéidir ag dul a chodladh, agus beidh gach duine sastá chun dul abhaile agus déan do obair bhaile go maith agus go tapa.
AM CIÚIN
Déanaimid am ciúin gach Aoine agus tugaimid isteach pilliúr agus
blancéid chun dul a codladh, má dhéanann tú dearmad ar do philliúr agus blancéid tá mataí chun luí air. Cuireann an múinteoir ceol suaimhneach ar siúl agus insíonn sí scéal duit mar “Imagine you are on a beach holding a balloon and you let it go. All your bad thoughts are in that balloon and now they are all gone up into space never to be seen again.
WELLNESS WALK
We do our wellness walk after we correct our homework every morning and sometimes we talk to people we don’t talk to most of the time, and sometimes we go into groups of five or less. If the weather isn’t too good we go into the halla and do our wellness walk in there, and we ask questions like “would you rather” or just random other questions like “What is your favourite celebrity, or animal etc.
BOX BREATHING
For our box breathing we breathe in for 4 seconds, keep for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds and relax for 4 seconds. This really relaxes us and sometimes helps us to sleep. We do it everyday after the wellness walk to calm us down and get us ready for the day ahead so we can handle our work with a good mindset so we can be calm and not get angry or irritated. It also helps us think about the good and listen to the birds chirping and people talking. Go raibh maith agat agus slán ó Alex, Oscar, Joe, Niall.
